Return
If you arenot satisfied with your purchase, we proudly offer a 14-day return policy. We will refund 100% of the original purchase price. A full refund is only eligible under the following conditions:
-The merchandise must be in the exact condition it was received in. It must have never been worn, damaged, altered or sized in any way.
-All shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
-Final decisions are at the discretion of TNS Diamonds.
Appraisal
Upon request, all jewelry will come with an appraisal suitable for insurance purposes. The appraisal will contain an accurate and complete description of the item.
Warranty
In the unlikely event that something is mechanically wrong with your watch within 12 months of the date of purchase, the watch can be sent back to us for repair. The warranty is voided by abusive wear, and is at the discretion of TNS Diamonds.
In the unlikely event that part of your jewelry is damaged within 12 months of the date of purchase, you can send it back to us and our qualified jewelers will repair the piece and get it back to you as quickly as possible.
