Description
This super rare Bovet watch, limited to 39 pieces, is one of the most interesting and amazing pieces we have come across in a while. The watch is in super-excellent condition and comes with all of its original box, papers, instruction manual, mint-condition strap, and pocket watch chain. The paperwork is dated December 5th, 2014.
To start off, the first thing to catch your attention is the amazing meteorite dial, reflecting light differently at various angles. It has roman numeral hour markers, a power reserve indicator, a small seconds dial, serpentine style hands, and inscribed “Swiss Handcrafted” at the bottom.
This watch converts between a pocket watch and a wristwatch. The strap with the tang buckle attached to the top of the watch by pressing in the 2 jewel-embedded buttons outside of the crown and inserting. The pocket-watch chain attaches the same way. The other side of the strap is attached by opening the caseback, via a button, inserting the strap, and closing the caseback to lock it in. The casebook can be left open, allowing the watch to sit up as a desk clock. The instruction manual beautifully describes all of this with detailed descriptions and images.
The retail price of this watch is $44,800, here is a chance to own it at a super discount.
